Terms of service

DentaLab is a cloud (SaaS) management system for dental laboratories: orders, technicians, doctors, billing and Telegram bot integration. The system aims for 24/7 operation, with short maintenance windows possible.

You receive a personal login and password. Keeping them safe is your responsibility. Any actions taken through your account are considered yours.

First year: USD 40 / month or USD 400 / year (including customisation, website, data migration and training). From the second year: USD 30 / month or USD 300 / year. Payment in UZS is accepted at the exchange rate on the day of payment. After a missed payment the system warns for 7 days, then access is temporarily blocked. Paying within 30 days restores everything; afterwards data is archived.

New clients get a 7-day free trial with no charges. Afterwards you either pick a plan or the account becomes inactive, with data kept for 30 days.

All data in the system (patients, doctors, orders, prices) is your property. We use it only to provide the service and never share it with third parties. You can export to Excel at any time.

We: (a) keep the system running reliably; (b) make daily automatic backups; (c) provide SSL encryption and bcrypt password hashing; (d) offer support via Telegram; (e) add new features for free.

Using the system for illegal activity, spam, reverse engineering or attempts to break its security is prohibited. In such cases the account is blocked without refund.

The system is provided "as is". In case of failures our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.

We announce significant changes 30 days in advance via Telegram or phone. If you disagree, you may close the account and export your data.
