1. Data we collect

The contact form collects only what you enter: name, phone number, laboratory name and message text. The site does not use analytics cookies and does not store IP addresses.

2. How data is used

Contact form data is used only to reach you and answer your request. Data is never shared with third parties or added to marketing databases.

3. System clients' data

Data entered into laboratory systems is stored in a separate database per client; other clients cannot see it. Servers are protected with SSL and key-only access.

4. Backups

Data is backed up automatically every day. Off-site copies are stored encrypted (AES-256).
