DentaLab takes privacy seriously. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
Your data: name, phone, lab name — for registration and contact. Your clients' data: patient name, doctor, order history — entered by you, stored in the system. Technical data: IP, browser, login time — for security.
2. How it's used
Only for: running the system, technical support, payment records, update notifications (if you want them) and anonymous statistics.
3. Third parties
We never sell or share your data. Exceptions: hosting (Hetzner), Telegram (if you use the bot) and lawful requests backed by official documents.
4. Security
SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, daily automatic backups, Hetzner data centre in Germany.
5. Cookies
Technical cookies only (session, CSRF). No advertising or tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
6. Your rights
View and edit your data, export to Excel, request full deletion, unsubscribe from messages — all within your rights.
7. Retention
Active clients' data is kept for the duration of service. After account closure — 30 days, then full deletion. Payment history is kept 5 years as required by law.
